Yep. An even more existential threat is that as AI subsumes a lot of the process, some steps (filing tickets, for example) just won’t exist or take a completely different form (becomes an agent to-do list instead), rendering those tools completely useless. I think that’s the main reason they all need to go more horizontal (which pushes them towards chat).
in the spirit of focus in an ADHD land, this new format is working well for me.

I guess. If the job gets consumed these interfaces become secondary at best.
